Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aevro by Lepisov Apps (“Aevro,” the “App,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Aevro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Aevro.

Website orders

Purchases made through aevro.io are sold by ARTEM ZAKHARYCHEV PR BEOGRAD (SAVSKI VENAC), Registration Number 68240468, Tax ID (PIB) 115279361, Neznanog Junaka 6A, Beograd (Savski Venac), 11000, Republic of Serbia. Buyer support: lepisov.apps@gmail.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds for website orders are described in the separate Refund Policy at https://aevro.io/refund-policy. Subscription prices are listed at https://aevro.io/pricing.

1. About Aevro

Aevro is an artificial intelligence application that provides access to AI-powered functionality, which may include:

• AI chat and text generation;
• access to multiple AI models;
• image generation and image processing;
• file and document processing;
• voice input and speech-related functionality;
• content analysis;
• AI assistants and related tools; and
• other AI-powered functionality made available from time to time.

Some functionality is provided using artificial intelligence technologies and infrastructure supplied by third-party providers, including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and others.

Aevro is an independent application operated by Lepisov Apps.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lepisov Apps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Apple, or any other third-party AI provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Aevro only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

We may restrict access to certain functionality based on age, location, legal requirements, platform policies, or other applicable restrictions.

3. Your Account

Certain features of Aevro may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and to keep your account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, device, authentication credentials, and access to Aevro.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from circumstances for which you cannot legally be held responsible.

You must notify us promptly at lepisov.apps@gmail.com if you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to your account.

4. AI Services and Third-Party Providers

Aevro may send your prompts, instructions, conversation context, files, images, audio, or other content to third-party artificial intelligence services when necessary to process a request you initiate.

These services may include AI models and infrastructure provided by:

• OpenAI;
• Anthropic;
• Google;
• xAI; and
• other providers that may be integrated into Aevro in the future.

The availability of individual models and providers may change without notice.

Models may be added, removed, replaced, renamed, upgraded, restricted, or temporarily unavailable.

We do not guarantee that any specific AI model, model version, provider, capability, speed, context window, output format, or feature will remain available indefinitely.

Third-party infrastructure may experience outages, rate limits, capacity constraints, policy changes, or technical issues outside our control.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to applicable third-party terms and technical limitations.

Our handling of Personal Data and the use of third-party AI providers are described further in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

Aevro uses artificial intelligence to generate content.

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and may produce content that is:

• inaccurate;
• incomplete;
• outdated;
• misleading;
• offensive;
• inappropriate;
• biased;
• unexpected;
• factually incorrect; or
• unsuitable for your particular purpose.

AI-generated content may appear confident even when it is incorrect.

You are responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, sharing, distributing, or acting upon it.

Aevro does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, originality, completeness, legality, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

6. No Professional Advice

Aevro is a general-purpose AI service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content generated through Aevro does not constitute professional advice.

In particular, AI-generated information should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional regarding:

• medical or health matters;
• mental health;
• legal matters;
• financial or investment decisions;
• tax matters;
• accounting;
• insurance;
• employment;
• safety-critical decisions; or
• other regulated or professional services.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions where inaccurate information could result in significant financial, legal, health, safety, or other consequences.

Do not use Aevro as the sole basis for emergency, medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical decisions.

7. Your Content

“Your Content” means prompts, messages, instructions, images, audio, documents, files, and other content you submit to Aevro.

You retain any rights you have in Your Content.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to submit Your Content and to allow it to be processed for purposes of providing the Service.

You grant Lepisov Apps a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use Your Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the Service;
• process your requests;
• maintain functionality;
• prevent abuse and fraud;
• provide security;
• troubleshoot technical issues; and
• comply with applicable law.

This license does not transfer ownership of Your Content to Lepisov Apps.

Your Content may be processed by third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You should not submit information that you do not have the right to use or disclose.

8. AI Outputs

“Output” means content generated by AI in response to your requests.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any applicable third-party rights, Lepisov Apps does not claim ownership over Output generated specifically in response to your use of Aevro.

However, because artificial intelligence systems may generate similar or identical content for multiple users, Output may not be unique.

We do not guarantee that:

• Output is eligible for copyright or other intellectual property protection;
• you will have exclusive rights to Output;
• Output does not resemble content generated for another person;
• Output does not contain material protected by third-party rights; or
• use of Output will not require additional permissions.

You are responsible for determining whether and how you may lawfully use, publish, commercialize, reproduce, or distribute Output.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use Aevro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use Aevro to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights of another person;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• engage in fraud, scams, deception, phishing, or identity theft;
• distribute malware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
• interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Service;
• circumvent usage limits, access controls, security controls, moderation systems, subscription restrictions, or technical safeguards;
• exploit vulnerabilities in Aevro or third-party services;
• automate abusive amounts of requests or otherwise interfere with normal Service operation;
• use the Service in connection with illegal weapons, terrorism, exploitation, trafficking, or other serious criminal activity;
• generate or distribute unlawful sexual content involving minors;
• facilitate exploitation or abuse of children;
• harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person;
• create deceptive content for fraudulent purposes;
• intentionally violate third-party AI provider policies applicable to the Service; or
• encourage another person to engage in prohibited activity.

We may implement technical or content safeguards intended to prevent misuse.

Attempting to circumvent those safeguards may result in restriction or termination of access.

10. Content Moderation

Aevro may use automated systems, AI moderation tools, technical filters, or human review where appropriate to detect:

• prohibited requests;
• abuse;
• security threats;
• fraud;
• unlawful activity;
• violations of these Terms; or
• violations of applicable third-party provider requirements.

We may refuse to process a request or provide an Output when we reasonably believe that doing so could violate these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, or provider requirements.

Moderation systems are not perfect and may incorrectly allow, restrict, or classify content.

11. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Aevro may provide free functionality and paid subscription plans or other premium products.

Available plans, features, billing periods, prices, free trials, introductory offers, and other purchase conditions are displayed in the App and/or by the applicable app marketplace before purchase.

The price and terms displayed at the time you confirm a transaction govern that purchase.

Features available under each subscription plan may differ.

We may modify the features included in plans from time to time, provided that changes are made in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.

12. App Store Purchases

If you download Aevro through the Apple App Store and purchase a subscription or other digital product through Apple's In-App Purchase system, payment is processed by Apple using the payment method associated with your Apple Account.

Lepisov Apps does not directly process your Apple payment card information.

Your purchase is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services terms and App Store rules.

Pricing may vary based on:

• country or region;
• currency;
• applicable taxes;
• selected subscription plan;
• introductory offers;
• promotional offers; or
• changes made through the applicable marketplace.

The final price is displayed before you confirm the purchase.

13. Automatic Renewal

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods unless you cancel it according to the terms presented by the applicable app marketplace.

The renewal price and applicable billing period will be displayed through the relevant marketplace.

Your account will be charged through the marketplace handling the subscription.

You can manage or cancel an Apple App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting Aevro from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Deleting your Aevro account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or another third-party marketplace.

You must cancel the subscription through the marketplace through which it was purchased.

14. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

We may offer eligible users free trials, introductory pricing, promotional offers, or other subscription incentives.

Eligibility and duration are determined by the conditions displayed at the time the offer is presented and by applicable marketplace rules.

Unless otherwise stated when you subscribe, a trial subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription when the trial ends if it has not been canceled in accordance with the marketplace's cancellation process.

You are responsible for reviewing the purchase confirmation and subscription terms before subscribing.

Availability of a trial or promotional offer to one user does not guarantee that the same offer will be available to another user or at a later time.

15. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel an auto-renewable subscription through the marketplace through which you purchased it.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store, subscription management and eligible refund requests are handled through Apple under Apple's applicable policies.

Except where required by applicable law or marketplace rules, Lepisov Apps does not independently provide refunds for transactions processed by a third-party marketplace.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period already purchased.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer protection right provided by applicable law.

16. Fair Use and Service Limits

AI services require computational resources and may be subject to technical and provider limits.

Even where a plan is described as providing extensive or unlimited usage, reasonable limits may apply to prevent:

• abuse;
• automated extraction;
• excessive automated activity;
• degradation of service for other users;
• security risks;
• fraud; or
• disproportionate consumption of infrastructure.

We may implement reasonable rate limits, message limits, token limits, file limits, image limits, concurrency limits, or temporary usage restrictions.

Available limits may depend on the AI model, subscription plan, system capacity, provider availability, and technical requirements.

17. Intellectual Property

Except for Your Content and rights in third-party materials, Aevro and its underlying software, design, branding, interfaces, graphics, text, logos, functionality, databases, systems, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lepisov Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Lepisov Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Aevro for its intended purposes.

You may not:

• copy or redistribute the App except as permitted by law;
• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially distribute access to the App without authorization;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
• remove proprietary notices;
• use Lepisov Apps or Aevro branding without permission; or
• use the Service to create an unauthorized competing copy of Aevro.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

18. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback regarding Aevro, you grant Lepisov Apps a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

This does not include ownership of Your Content submitted through ordinary AI conversations.

19. Third-Party Services

Aevro relies on or may integrate with third-party services, including AI providers, cloud infrastructure, authentication services, subscription platforms, analytics providers, and operating system services.

We do not control all aspects of third-party services.

Their functionality may change, become unavailable, experience interruptions, or be discontinued.

We are not responsible for failures attributable solely to third-party services where responsibility cannot legally be attributed to us.

When using Aevro, you must comply with applicable third-party terms that govern your device, network connection, marketplace account, and other services used in connection with Aevro.

20. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to maintain Aevro as a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Aevro may become temporarily unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• upgrades;
• server failures;
• AI provider outages;
• network problems;
• capacity limitations;
• cybersecurity incidents;
• legal requirements; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, add, remove, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of Aevro.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice regarding material changes that negatively affect paid services.

21. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Aevro at any time.

Where account deletion functionality is available, you may request deletion through the App or contact us at:

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably determine that:

• you materially violated these Terms;
• your activity creates a security risk;
• your activity may expose us or another person to legal liability;
• your activity constitutes fraud or abuse;
• suspension is required by law;
• a third-party provider requires restriction of the relevant functionality; or
• continued access would threaten the security or integrity of the Service.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination of an Aevro account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or another marketplace.

22. Privacy

Use of Aevro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, stored, shared, and deleted, including how information may be processed by third-party AI providers.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevro is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• Aevro will always be available;
• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• all defects will be corrected;
• every AI provider or model will remain available;
• Output will be accurate or complete;
• Output will be suitable for a particular purpose;
• Output will be unique;
• Output will not infringe third-party rights; or
• use of the Service will achieve a particular outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not permit exclusion of certain warranties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lepisov Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Aevro.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Lepisov Apps is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated Output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lepisov Apps from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your unlawful use of Aevro;
• Your Content;
• your material violation of these Terms; or
• your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from acts or omissions for which Lepisov Apps is legally responsible.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

• Aevro;
• AI providers;
• subscriptions;
• functionality;
• security requirements;
• applicable laws;
• platform requirements; or
• our business operations.

The updated Terms will identify the date of the latest revision.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.

If a change requires your consent under applicable law, we will request consent before that change becomes binding on you.

Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

27. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Lepisov Apps, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of protections provided by mandatory laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you retain all rights provided by applicable consumer law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

29. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases, constitute the agreement between you and Lepisov Apps regarding your use of Aevro.

If specific terms presented in connection with a particular feature conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms govern that feature to the extent of the conflict.

31. Additional Terms for Apple App Store Users

The following provisions apply if you download or use Aevro through Apple's App Store.

Agreement Between You and Lepisov Apps

These Terms are between you and Lepisov Apps, not Apple.

Lepisov Apps, not Apple, is responsible for Aevro and its content, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

License

You are granted a non-transferable license to use Aevro on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to Apple's applicable Usage Rules and any uses permitted through Apple services such as Family Sharing where applicable.

Maintenance and Support

Lepisov Apps is responsible for maintenance and support of Aevro to the extent required by these Terms or applicable law.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Aevro.

Warranty

Lepisov Apps is responsible for warranties relating to Aevro to the extent such warranties exist under applicable law.

If Aevro fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple where applicable under Apple's terms.

Apple may refund the applicable purchase price, if any, as provided under Apple's policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Aevro.

Product Claims

Lepisov Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to Aevro or your possession or use of Aevro, including claims involving:

• product liability;
• compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and
• consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation,

to the extent required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property Claims

If a third party claims that Aevro, or your possession or use of Aevro, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Lepisov Apps, not Apple, will be responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging the claim to the extent required under applicable law.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

1. you are not located in a country or region subject to a United States Government embargo or designated by the United States Government as supporting terrorism; and
2. you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Aevro, including the applicable terms governing your Apple Account, device, internet or mobile network service, and other third-party services used in connection with Aevro.

Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of Aevro on Apple platforms.

Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce the applicable provisions of these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
